About the Show
Nuwave Gallery invites artists of all disciplines to submit work for UNIFY, a juried exhibition celebrating the powerful ways art brings us together. This show is all about collaboration—every accepted piece must be created by at least two people.
That could mean two painters sharing a canvas, a poet and photographer blending words and images, or a community weaving project. The possibilities are endless, as long as the spirit of unity is at the heart of your work.
Through this exhibition, we’ll highlight the extraordinary beauty of collaboration and the ways shared creation can inspire healing, joy, and connection.

Eligibility
Open to all artists—regional, national, and international submissions welcome
All visual mediums accepted (painting, sculpture, installation, textiles, photography, digital, mixed media, etc.)
Every submission must involve at least two creators
Anyone may submit up to 5 works for consideration
Important Dates
Application Deadline: January 30, 2026 (midnight PST)
Notification of Acceptance: February 7, 2026
Artwork Delivery: Sunday, March 1 or Monday, March 2, 2026
Exhibition Dates: March – April 2026
Opening Reception: Friday, March 6, 2026 (First Friday Art Walk)
Please note: Not all submissions will be accepted. Only works in line with the theme and exhibition space will be included.
Submission Requirements
Completed application form
Up to 5 submissions per artist/artist group
Digital images of submitted work (JPEG at 300 dpi is preferred)
Title, medium, dimensions, and details for each piece
Short artist statement (250 words max) describing your collaborative process and how it connects to UNIFY
Selection Criteria
Artistic quality and originality
Strength and authenticity of the collaborative effort
Relevance to the theme UNIFY
Feasibility of installation in the gallery space
Exhibition Details
Selected artists are responsible for delivery and pickup of their artwork
All work must be ready to hang or install
Nuwave Gallery takes 40% commission
