This piece confronts the irreversible consequences of deforestation through a haunting and minimalist design. Centered on the stark message “extinction is forever,” the poster serves as a visual outcry for the voiceless species lost to human destruction. The use of a muted, somber color palette and the lone image of an owl evokes the silence left behind when forests fall and habitats disappear. I created this work to spark reflection on our role in the environmental crisis, and to urge collective responsibility before more lives—and forests—are lost for good.
